The Goa Chief Minister has announced a Goa LPG Cylinder Refilling Scheme, under which beneficiaries will receive Rs275 per cylinder, one per month. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant launched the Chief Minister Financial Assistance for This Scheme on September 1, 2023. This program was created to assist people in affording these necessary cylinders. Under this scheme, eligible families will receive a subsidized amount of 275 each time their gas cylinders are refilled. They will also receive sugar at a reduced cost. To benefit from this scheme, you must be a permanent resident of Goa and an AAY Ration Card holder. A beneficiary can only use the benefits once per month.
