Jagan issued Rs 560.73 crore in total at the event, including 5.10 lakh interest-free loans to small and marginal entrepreneurs and artisans. In 2020, the ‘Jagananna Todu’ initiative was launched to support qualified individuals with their investments and small company owners. Individuals who take part in this program are eligible for loans ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 13,000 apiece.

With the addition of 56,000 new beneficiaries this year, the total number of beneficiaries over the last four years has reached 15.87 lahks. A total of Rs 2,955 crore in interest-free loans have been disbursed through the project. This year, the program will benefit an additional 56,000 people. In the last four years, the initiative has disbursed Rs 2,955 crores in interest-free loans to 15.87 lakh beneficiaries. It is a significant step toward empowering small business owners.
