Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel launched the Chief Minister Self-reliant Atmanirbhar Gujarat Scheme 2024 on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, to promote the state’s industries. This was done in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to create a self-sufficient India under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ on the 75th Republic Day. The Chief Minister’s Self-reliant Gujarat Scheme will promote manufacturing in the state while also providing various types of assistance and incentives to industries. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has launched the Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Gujarat Yojana (Self-reliant Gujarat Schemes for Industry Assistance). This scheme aims to create 15 lakh new jobs in Gujarat by attracting investors to industries and investing Rs 12.50 lakh crore. The Chief Minister explained that this scheme provides “up to 75 percent net SGST reimbursement on fixed capital investment to MSMEs in 10 years, capital subsidy up to Rs 35 lakh to micro industries, and Rs 35 lakh per annum to MSMEs for 7 years.” Will receive an interest subsidy up to Atmanirbhar Gujarat Yojana 2024 will help Gujarat become self-sufficient in employment and manufacturing in the coming years by supporting local products.
