1. The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
2. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Both husband and wife can apply for apartments independently, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements, with the caveat that if both are declared successful, only one would be assigned a unit, and the money would be split.
4. Only citizens who do not have a wife or spouse or any dependent relation, including unmarried children, are eligible to apply for the plan. Full or partial freehold and leasehold ownership of a residential plot with an area greater than 67 square meters or a flat/build-up to house with an area greater than 67 square meters in the urban areas of Delhi, New Delhi, and Delhi cantonment.

• Payment by Internet

• In the registration form, you must provide your name, date of birth, PAN card, mobile number, email address, and other information.

• Following that, your user ID and password will be delivered to your registered mobile phone number.
